Bigfoot 200

This year we bypassed our May Mental Health Awareness Month event and are putting all of our fundraising eggs in one basket: our son Lawlor is running the Bigfoot 200, a 206.5 mile, non-stop trail run through Washington State’s Cascade Mountain range on August 9, 2019.  Mark and I will be there as his pit crew and we can’t wait to celebrate this incredible accomplishment with him.  Please help us by…

…sharing this post on whatever social media platform you use, especially if you’re a runner and can appreciate the enormity of this undertaking!

…liking/following our FB page so that you can get updates on race day (wifi permitting)!

…making a donation -- https://www.gofundme.com/be-the-boat-fund-ultra-marathon -- all monies raised will go to the Be The Boat Fund.  Alternatively, if you’d prefer to donate directly to the OPRF Community Foundation, you may do so here.

Despite struggling, Hunter served as a boat of love to many.  And while we know he’d never run 200 miles for anything, we know he’s got Lawlor’s back on this run.  Please join Hunter, and the fund started in his memory, as we combat mental illness at the source, and help alter the trajectory of children in need.
