Washington State will again host this duo for 206 miles of non-stop “fun”…
Last time it was the blast field of Mt. St. Helens and this time it will be Orcas Island, the largest among the San Juan Islands off of Washington State. Mark and I are again serving as crew to support Lawlor’s run to fund Be The Boat programming.
Lawlor’s been training all winter and is running a 100 mile Ultra as a warm-up in March. Yeah, you read that right—a 100 mile warm-up. All support is graciously accepted… words of encouragement, prayers for no blisters and financial support!
